The Help Documents for the printers used with the CancerHelp system are listed below by the type of computer system. The main two types of printers in use with the CancerHelp software are Hewlett Packard (HP) and OKI Data.
The main trouble shooting steps with these printers are paper jams and how to replace the toner. These are described in the documents below.
If you need instructions for a printer problem that is not listed here please call the CancerHelp Institute for support. We may be able to send you screen shots or photographs to help you with settings or to fix a problem.

Windows Kiosk systems Printers
OKIPage 10, 10I, 10 EX, 14E or 14 EX all Drivers are available from the OKI Web site at OKI printer drivers.

Windows Non-Kiosk system Printers
Your facility may have any brand of Windows compatible printer. We recommend Hewlett Packard (HP) laser printers because they are reliable and last a long time. For drivers from HP go to HP printer drivers.
Macintosh G4 Printers
The primary printer for CancerHelp systems running on Macintosh G4 computers is the Hewlett Packard HP 2100 or 2200. Get drivers at HP printer drivers for Macintosh.

Macintosh PowerMac Printers (631, 7200, 6360, 4400, 7220)
There are many printers for the Macintosh PowerMac systems. The primary printers used were HP Deskjet 540 and 600, Epson 800, 850 and 900 and HP laser printers. For drivers for HP printers (540, 600, 2100 go to HP printer drivers. For drivers for the Epson printers go to Epson printer drivers.
